Background info: Founded in 1994, HTCI is the only Philippine training centre which conducts the practicum of its Crowd Management training courses on board passenger ships managed by an affiliate company. It is accredited by the Philippines' Maritime Training Council and Maritime Industry Authority and the maritime authorities of the Republic of Liberia and the Marshall Islands.
